E-Verify Unavailable

Dear Valued Client, 


We have been actively monitoring the impact to The U.S. Department of
Homeland Security’s (DHS) E-Verify system since October 1st . We received an update that E-Verify has fully resumed operations, and most of the case backlog has now been processed. Cases are being automatically submitted, and users should be able to complete photo matches and resolve Tentative Non Confirmations (TNCs) as normal.


If you are using the GHR I-9 platform, please review any cases still listed in the “Cases to create” section of the E-Verify widget. These cases may need further information or action from you, as they cannot be processed automatically by the batch service.


We will continue to monitor the situation and share any additional guidance as necessary.
